Question 4: What are the most promising leadership development evaluation tools you are using ?
You are invited to prepare a document (Word, PPT, other) that describes a promising evaluation tool that you have developed or are using. We have created a template word document to assist you to respond to this question. Feel free, however, to use any format that you like. Below are some guides for answering the question. We encourage you to upload documents or resources that will assist people to use the tool or demonstrate its use.
- Briefly describe the tool
- In what context(s) have you used the tool?
- What does the tool enable you to do/learn?
- Please provide a specific example of using the tool, if possible.
- What questions do you have about the tool?
Comment: I am interested in learning about practical tools used for social network analysis. What tools have folks used successfully? Are there tools that aren't recommended or not recommended? If you are recommending a tool, please include information on what questions the tool was used to answer. I am at the LLC Creating Space in Durham learning about this Wiki - using Elissa's computer. Comment The language of the question feels like it might be too constraining- this could possibly be a forum to disucss approaches or methods that might be larger than specific "tools". If this is part of a learning agenda should this be greater than just a resource bank of tools- should the discussion be driven by what the critical questions we need to answer that we struggle finding the most appropriate method, approach or tool to answer that question?
