Glass Ceiling that keeps organizations from becoming extraordinary

  1. Too many people trying to helps too few people. Example: teacher trying to help 30 people instead of 31 co-learners
  2. Current accountability systems and measures reinforce ordinary not being coached to greatness

Steps to operating in a way to can produce extraordinary results (Scaffolded/Cognitive)

  • Red = Richer dialogue
  • Orange= Thinking as we
  • Yellow = Uncovering a Seed Pattern (collective melody - so if working in separate rooms but working on same melody, work will go together and resonate)

First small cohort of folks within an organization would then do two projects to take the work out of the abstract and have concrete experience with application.

  • Green = Innovation
  • Blue = Communities of Practice

 

"Instead of replicating a what, like McDonalds, we are replicating a who and a why so that they can create their own whats.

 

Consultation Questions

  • Reality Check: Does it make sense?
  • Communicaitons Check: How is our languaging?
  • How might our work or thinking serve the work that you are doing?
